Having worked for a wine cellar let me show you the Salnés Valley, where most of the Albariño wineries under the appellation of origin Rías Baixas are located, with its very distinctive wines due to the influence of the Atlantic and their unique canopy growing system of setting the vines known as “parras”.
Tour includes a visit to several wineries of all sizes from the largest cellars to the smaller ones, all of them belonging to the denomination of origin Rias Baixas. So you will be able to not only see their facilities but also to talk to the winemakers directly, taste their wines (tasting fees included) listen to their opinions and hear about the winemaking techniques that make their wines so different.
Also as part of the tour, we enjoy lunch in a typical Galician furancho (included in the price). Furanchos are private homes in a typical rural environment that serve homemade wine and local food.
Included I’ll send a photographic memento of your tour for you to download back home.
